I just bought your CB Country and State Dropdown field plugin this morning and just installed it and it works like a charm!

the only thing I can't figure out is how to set it up on a custom list? I tried to google my problem, but it keeps linking back to here. There wasn't any documentation with the zip file, so I'm sorta at a loss.

I have a basic list to show users and I would like a drop down list of the provinces/states that the viewer needs to choose. for example: show me the users in Ontario. In the list, I have name, province and country. Those fields are set as searchable in the field management. In the list, Searchable fields: displayed ones only and Search crieteria: exact match
