Hi there

I installed the plugin but it doesn't show up in the FIELD MANAGEMENT. When checking the DB with the CB tools it says : CB plugin "Country and State Field": no database or no database description.
Any hints on this?

At least you could say U have no idea what's wrong or something similar.
But not answering is not the way U should deal when it comes bout a product U sell.

Please keep this in mind. If you need urgent support please submit a ticket. They get answered much faster than forum posts. Furthermore It would be nice to have a url to take a look at so I can see the problem you are having. Finally I may even need super admin access to your Joomla site so that I can debug the problem (yet another reason to lodge a support ticket )

Well thx for answering! The ticket was sent on 12/05/2010 and it's ID is TECH-MNSAQPUMBN. I got this answer to my request:

"Hi Robert,
I have received your request for assistance. I am a little snowed under at the moment but hope to get back to you in an hour.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards"

Well that was kinda long hour, don't U think?
And yes, I'm used with the procedure and I know that a forum is mainly for discussion, bugs and things like that.
Don't get me wrong!
I can understand when there are lots of things to do and ppl is busy.
But at least gimme sth like "I don't have time right now, maybe next week, wait few days, etc."
After more than a week with no life sign (and I added a second reply to that ticket) I decided to ask here.

can you provide me with your CB version and Joomla version please. There may be an issue with the latest CB. I must confess that it hasn't tested it with CB 1.2.3 yet
