Community Builder Extensions

ANGEK DESIGN has been developing enhancements (extensions, modules, plugins) for many of the open source systems for many years and mostly for other third party Joomla extensions companies.

When the ANGEK DESIGN team are not busy creating customer web sites and custom enhancements we develop extensions for Joomla.

These extensions are released under the GPL but we do charge a small fee which covers support, continued development and future updates.

Our latest offering is a plugin for Community Builder which introduces Country and State selection fields.

Surely Community Builder already comes with Country and State Selection Fields?

Sadly No! This simple yet very important feature continues to be overlooked.

How many times have you registered on a Joomla CMS powered site that uses Community Builder only to find that you have to manually enter your Country and State during the registration process.

We have registered on hundreds of such sites and are surprised such fundamental functionality is still lacking.......

Well not any MORE!

Introducing CB_Country and State Dropdown plugin for Community Builder!

Community Builder Country and State Dropdown Fields

With ANGEK DESIGN's CB_Country and State Dropdown plugin you can now add Country and State fields to your Community Builder Registration page.

When a user selects a Country from the dropdown list the corresponding State dropdown list will be populated with the Country specific states and if no States can be found we'll convert the State dropdown box into a text box for user input.

AND WHAT IF THE COUNTRY/STATE I WANT IS NOT IN THE DROPDOWN LIST?
Just add it to the Country/State file(s) and reupload the file(s) to your server. It's that simple!

AND DOES IT WORK IN THE PROFILE EDIT PAGES?
The CB_Country and State Dropdown plugin works in the same way in the user Profile section (View and Edit) as well as in the administrator back end under Community Builder's User Management.
